Chord Theory

A list of seventh chords in strict style - but try the alternatives if you want to play them! I'd seriously consider inversions here from D onwards. Take the four notes of the chord, and move them round to get a set of notes that are in a convenient cluster. Try them all (!) 'cos they all sound a bit different. There are three inversions starting on the 3rd, 5th and 7th notes respectively.
